Your trainer will demo each exercise for the day. It's never the same workout twice.

As a group we'll complete a quick full body warm-up

Row, Run, Lift & HIIT. Rotate through the stations. The trainer will guide you every step of the way.

After the sweat dripping session, your trainer will take you through a few stretches.

CARDIO
ROW & RUN
ROW 🚣♀️
Every stroke on the rower activates 85% of your muscles to help you improve endurance, strength and power. Combined floor exercises will keep your body guessing.
RUN 🏃♀️
Walk, jog, or run. Increase your cardio endurance and torch calories on our treads. You’ll work through different intervals including sprints, hills, and recovery periods.
STRENGTH
LIFT & HIIT
LIFT 🏋️
Our weight and floor exercises change daily so you can focus on different muscles. Your coach can provide options for any movement if you have injuries or limitations.
HIIT 💪
HIIT workouts will burn calories for 24-48 hours after the workout is over. You'll work your entire body with our TRX and bodyweight exercises.
Track Performance
Your data streams directly to the app so that you can see your MEPs (MyZone Effort Points), heart rate and calorie burn right in the workout screen. It’ll show up in your feed after your workout.

INBODY SCALE
Body composition is used to evaluate a person’s weight by breaking it down into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your healthy weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods like BMI & weight. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, lean muscle mass, and body fat percentage.
