New Equipment Coming Early May!

We are excited to announce, that we will be adding Freemotion REFLEX treadmills into our bootcamp classes! This will add more variety to our program as well as give our clients a new challenging workout experience.

This will also allow us to add more cycles into our cycle studio so that more clients can attend our cycle classes.

Now our clients can run, row, and ride for their cardio when they workout at Strive.

Options for Everyone

In these new classes, we will have different levels so that you can jog or run no matter your level. Our coaches will be calling out different levels and inclines during the classes to focus on endurance, strength, or power.

 
 

Don’t want to run? We will have an alternative option so that you can walk on an incline so that you can get your heart rate up and still get an amazing workout experience.

Not feeling excited about treadmills? We will be keeping a couple of bikes in our bootcamp area as alternates to the treadmill. If you would like to use a bike instead of the treadmill during the class, you can specify that when you book your class by adding the bike as an add-on for your class.

Other Things To Come

Events

We will be able to do events such as a Marathon Month where you will be able to track your mileage for the month as well as a Dry-Tri event where you can test your endurance by rowing, running, and riding.

Benchmarks

We believe it is important to track your progress while you workout. Going beyond the scale, we will be tracking benchmarks so that you can see how your performance is improving as well.
